Since 2007, Navneet has been running her own consulting practice to serve corporate in the private and public sectors. She runs successful leadership interventions for FMCG, Finance and Banking, Telecom, ITES, Manufacturing and Services Industries. She has assignments in the APAC region and the African Continent. She is certified in many assessments such as CCL 360 Benchmark, Work Place Big Five, Integrative Enneagram, The Leadership Circle and Transformative Leadership. She is successfully managing her portfolio career across geographies.

Educational Background

Navneet holds an Executive Post Graduate Diploma from The University of Melbourne and U21 Global in Business Management. She holds a dual Bachelor Degree in Arts and Science from The University of Western Ontario Canada. She has a diploma from Ontario Skills Program in Hospitality and Customer Services. She is also qualified in Development Centre methodology from XLRI, India.

Professional Affiliations

Navneet is a Professional Certified Coach from International Coach Federation. She is a senior member of the Clean India Drive with World Bank, Leadership faculty with Rotary Club 380, Faculty for LMT Business School in India. She is also senior member of core team for APAC (Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches) Conference in Mumbai for August 2019. She is also actively involved in Empowering Women and people with special needs.

Navneet loves fitness, dancing, nature, travel and is learning the game of Golf.

Why I want to support women : I love bringing women up and am myself encouraged when I see women with grit and resilience achieving the echelons of success. It is also my way of giving back and brings a lot of fulfilment and bliss in my being.
